Business Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Business Valuation Specialist with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting or comparable business setting. The right candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience preparing business valuations and calculations of value. Candidate will conduct business valuations for a wide variety of purposes, including succession planning, business sales, divorce and estate planning. Candidates should be able to assist clients in a broad range of industries and experience with mergers and acquisitions and litigation support is preferred. Candidate may also be willing to prepare income tax returns for businesses and individuals – as needed, training will be provided. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with Meicher CPA’s valuation partner Dennis Kleinheinz, who has over 25 years of business valuation and tax experience. We pay at an hourly rate plus time and one-half for overtime, health insurance and employer retirement account match of 5% of wages once employed by the firm for 90 days.
